  • Track Workouts: Use the app to keep track of all of your sets, reps, and weights as well as instructional videos showing the proper form
  • Educational Presentations: Presentations explaining the basics of what to focus on during your workouts

Nutrition

  • Calories & Macros: During our time together you'll be tracking calories and macros to keep on top of your nutrition.
  • ​Metabolism Resetting: Some people come to me that need their metabolism reset. We do that together step by step.
  • Easy To Use App For Tracking: You'll have an app you use to track a whole variety of things! Including your calories and macros

Accountability

  • Check Ins: Weekly Zoom, video, or voice check ins
  • Monday- Friday Messaging: ask me any questions you want Monday-Friday! (weekends I usually put my phone down to unwind)
  • Training App: An app to track all of your nutrition, training, progress photos, weight, etc. with a well laid out calendar of your weekly

Hi, I'm Joel!

My whole life I wanted to be "fit" but I had no idea where to start. As a teen, I remember looking in the mirror and being ashamed of what I saw. Even at a young age I felt like a failure. Little did I know, the road ahead was about to get even more difficult. I went through eating disorders, injuries, depression, and so much more.

Then I found my calling. Today, I've been in the world of fitness and health for almost 7 years now and training for over 4 of those years.

When I started coaching I remember my very first client being so upset every time she failed at something. Whether the scale didn't go down or she couldn't lift the weight she previously could. It didn't matter; she viewed it as a failure.

And that's when it hit me. Every single one of us are going to have stalemates, setbacks, and failures. But that's part of the journey! Without those things do you really think it would be worth it? NO! IT'S HARD, NOT EASY!

That's why the feeling of accomplishment is so unfathomably great. You pushed through some of the hardest times to get to the other end. You embraced the failure!

Hi, I'm Joel!

My whole life I wanted to be "fit" but I had no idea where to start. As a teen, I remember looking in the mirror and being ashamed of what I saw. Even at a young age I felt like a failure.
